Introduction
After your request, I'll contact you to schedule an introductory meeting. During the meeting, we'll discuss your wishes, style, and ideas. The meeting is free and without obligation.
Proposal & Quotation
Based on our conversation, I will draw up a suitable proposal.
In some cases, a venue visit is necessary to get a good understanding of the situation, we'll coordinate this together. If everything is clear, I'll prepare a tailored quote right away.
Booking & Deposit
Are you enthusiastic and would you like me to take care of the styling and floral arrangements for your wedding? Then I ask for a deposit of 30% of the quoted amount.
Once we receive this deposit, your wedding date is reserved in my calendar. This amount will, of course, be deducted from the final invoice.
Planning tool
After booking, you'll receive a personal access code for Sierlust's online planning tool. This allows you to easily specify the time and location of your flowers and/or styling. Your wedding planner or master of ceremonies can also access this tool – incredibly useful for coordination and script preparation.
Final Details
Are there any uncertainties or specific requests that require further coordination? We'll schedule a final consultation approximately six weeks before the wedding. If desired, other stakeholders, such as the master of ceremonies or the venue, can also join this meeting.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I order and handle the flowers, and meticulously prepare everything. This includes pre-treating the flowers and carefully packaging the styling items. On the day itself, I take care of the setup on location. Everything is neatly taken down again the evening or the next day. Any questions, I'll discuss with the master of ceremonies or contact person.
